Craig Pro:

Craig Pro started touring on the Midwest nightclub circuit at an early age. His first professional band, China was heavily influenced by Rick Nielsen of Cheap Trick, as well as the early British Invasion bands. After years of playing the bar scene and countless concert openings for a diverse array of artists including: Cheap Trick and ton of other big names (to many to remember)...Pro moved to Los Angeles and recorded tons of demos and landed a record deal on the Infinity label. Back in the Midwest, it was Craig Pro & the Cons playing with acts like "Cheap Trick", "The Shadows of Night", "The Kind", "Peter Tork & the Monkees" "The Joe Perry Project" and Off Broadway.

Over the years, Pro has established himself as an accomplished singer, song-writer-guitarist. His material has been described as powerful, (lots of volume) and carefully crafted 3 minute songs. On January 27, 2008 Pro was issued his Poetic License from the Illinois State Poets Society for outstanding lyrics in a musical context. Craig has been working with producer Danny Shaffer of Velvet Shirt Studios on his latest CD titled........TIME..........There is a lot of buzz about the new CD on MySpace and that's just the rough mixes.
