Jamaica Blue Mountain is a celebrated single-origin coffee from above 3,000 feet elevation in the Blue Mountain District of Jamaica. Can be exceptional: rich, complex, bouillon-like. More often a rather ordinary balanced, low-toned Caribbean coffee.

TEAS:

Assam Breakfast is famous for its lush flavor, amber color, and a smooth, multi-layered "malty" flavor. We have chosen a traditional, orthodox full leaf Assam, which makes for the perfect breakfast tea. Hot days and cool nights bring out the fullest flavor!

Earl Grey starts with a great quality, organic large leaf, sweet black tea (not "blending teas") from Ceylon (Sri Lanka) with just a hint of pure bergamot oil added to create the famous Earl Grey taste.

Tropical Goji Green is an organic Japanese-style green tea grown in China. We start with traditional Japanese sencha, then add organic Goji berries and natural tropical flavors to make this tea slightly tangy, but also rich and smooth. Great iced!

Tamayokucha is a green tea that is steamed as it dries, yielding a sweet, light flavor with no bitterness. This extremely green "Gyokuro" style tea is covered for the last few weeks of growth to preserve the chlorophyll making a beautiful green brew (not brown!). This gives our Tamayokucha a full complex flavor.

Alpine Berry Herbal starts with blackberry leaves, strawberry, and raspberry flavors and essences to create an herbal, naturally sweet and refreshing medley which can be enjoyed both hot in winter or iced in summer. Because it's caffeine-free, this is a great beverage for kids and adults alike.

Peppermint is a refreshing, minty, organic peppermint tea that aids in digestion and gives clarity of thought. Ours is 100% pure peppermint and 100% caffeine-free (many peppermint teas are not). The fresh, pure aroma will lift your spirits and quiet your mind. Makes a crisp iced tea!

Chamomile features full chamomile flowers (none of that dusty stuff!) which yields a rich, golden colored brew. Slightly apple-like in flavor, we select the best of the crop to bring out the full taste. The perfect organic tea to calm troubled thoughts and aid digestion.

Mountain High Chai starts with Assam tea (not cheap "blending tea") and adds cinnamon, clove, and cardamom spices. Fabulous with milk and honey! Add some frothed milk and Vanilla Sugar to make an awesome Chai Latte! Try it iced for a delicious cool treat!
